The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless technologies and strong networking skills to foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.Advantages

Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the wireless technology sector.Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet company growth targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Reporting: Track and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales management experience in wireless communications or a related industry
- Proven understanding of the wireless and communication technology industry and associated products and services
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to handle client objections and resolve client concerns
- Experience coordinating, composing and drafting sales proposals, and RFP responses for various customers based on size and scope
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
