Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experienceAdministrative Requirements:Billing customersScanning documents (BOL, MTRs)Assist customers and drivers at service counterOrganize Transportation Requirements:Organizing truck routesBooking delivery appointmentsCreating and updating digital transfer truck manifestsBooking mill trucksCommunication:Co-ordinate the efficient relay of information to respond to product and sales queriesAdvise Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager of any production change needsMiscellaneous duties as required:Ordering supplies when requested by ManagerBooking certification training when requested by ManagerConfirm accuracy of invoicesOther Administrative tasks as assignedFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
