- You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- You have a risk & compliance mind-set; you have extensive knowledge of national laws and legislations connected to health, safety and security as well as relevant local training/ education
- You have extensive knowledge of relevant health, safety and security policies, standards, rules, manuals, tools and working methods within Ingka Group
- You have a good understanding of business processes, and an intermediate understanding of the risk assessment and Management Process

Key responsibilities (title) What you’ll be doing day to dayKey responsibilities (text) • Lead and develop a proactive and comprehensive agenda of a healthy working environment, mitigating risks and ensuring that all functions identify, assess, and proactively handle those risks.
- Promote risk management in the unit, informing and sharing expertise to develop risk-aware decision taking in relation to unit goals and unit business plan.
- Secure the implementation and follow through of Ingka Risk & Compliance Rules and Local legislation on Health Safety and Security, guiding local stakeholders, to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers, also operating risk and compliance verifications within the matrix framework.
- Conduct internal investigations – analyzing unit processes and data in collaboration with local and country stakeholders, following Ingka group rules and standards to ensure compliance.
- Identify and plan for the proper trainings needed and facilitate for unit employees and external partners to meet Ingka’s and Local (country and regional) intended levels within area of risk & compliance.
- Create a Risk & Compliance culture by identifying and implementing systems to detect, analyze and reduce business loss and financial impact.
- Be the single point of contact for all the matters connected to Risk & Compliance when it comes from Authorities (when applicable).
- Coordinate the Unit Crisis Management Team for the handling of any emergency cases and perform appropriate actions according to the “Ingka Emergency Response rules” to ensure process is followed and all key stakeholders are involved.
- Plan for and ensure that Crisis Management trainings and ways of working are in place in accordance with the CMT working method and Country and Local CMT plans and protocols to ensure all involved know their responsibilities.
- Coordinate external vendors and appropriate vendor management to ensure proactive mitigation of risk by ensuring the right resources

The starting rate/salary for this position is $ 58,960.P.S.
