Job description: Job Description:We are actively seeking for a results-driven, detail oriented and dynamic professional for a Program Manager position with a Non-Profit organization based in Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the Vice-President, Education and Training, this ideal candidate will have a pivotal role in managing our certified program activities and strategic planning with our management team, staff and facilitators.Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversight of certification activities for various certified programs

• Accreditation verification, pathway advice to members to secure designations

• Planning, organization, and delivery of courses

• Enforce day-to-day project management within predetermined budget and timelines

• Coordinate with Marketing and Communication teams to develop marketing strategies

• Establish relationships with post-secondary institutions concerning education pathways, certification, and marketing

• Preserve up-to-date database of facilitators

• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for casual and part-time staff

• Supervise Education Administrators, contract staff, monitor performance and address human resource issues

• Perform administrative duties, develop, and implement work plan activities

• Participate and contribute feedback/process improvement as part of leadership team

Requirements:Qualifications:

• University Degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Certifications such as CAFM, CAPA, CIL or CIHRP will be considered as an asset

• Prior work experience within indigenous organizations is a significant asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Learning Management Systems

• Minimum 3 years experience supervising staff/project management
