Job description: This opportunity is for a Systems Support Analyst, 2-year term position (anticipatory perm); temporary assignments will also be considered. The position requires working 75 hours biweekly.The Workers’ Safety and Compensation Board (WSCB) administers workplace health and safety and workers’ compensation in the territory. CompassionThe Role:Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Systems Support Analyst plays a unique and critical role in both the support and improvement of core information systems at WSCB. This position provides both operational support and strategic improvements to information systems by providing pragmatic solutions to operational issues through the use of business analysis techniques.Essential Qualification:Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet each of the following qualifications.   • Bachelor or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field;
  • Recent experience supporting complex information systems (i.e. troubleshooting, incident analysis, system issue identification and resolution, systems requirements and documentation, and change implementation);
  • Experience providing excellent customer service;
  • Strong understanding of information system integrations;
  • Experience using or supporting the Hyland Onbase Content Management platform and/or Sapiens CoreSuite and ClaimsPro information systems would be an asset.
