Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityThe Supply Chain Coordinator performs and supports a variety of operational and strategic functions necessary for the safety, sustainability and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Operations service.The Supply Chain Coordinator maintains data required to operate supply chain systems ensuring information is accurate and up to date. They are responsible to analyze data to detect issues that could affect operations, and are responsible to provide recommendations, exercising judgement and expertise, to promote efficiency, safety and continuous improvement. The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the development and ongoing measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and has an understanding of, and can apply statistical concepts. The Supply Chain Coordinator supports our daily operations by troubleshooting issues that arise in business processes and IT systems, and supports multi-stakeholder collaboration to resolve issues or escalate to management as necessary.The Supply Chain Coordinator supports provincial supply chain initiatives and projects, including coordinating with cross functional teams to identify and work on issues, processes and data for the entire NSH. The Supply Chain Coordinator maintains a high degree of technical understanding of the workings of our systems as it relates to the Supply Chain Operations, and is responsible to produce data documentation, training materials, standard operation procedures (SOPs) and support the learning of others by providing education in various formats, including e-learning, live remote assistance through internet facilitated tools, and in person class room style learning.This job contributes to the strategic direction of the Supply Chain Operation by contributing subject matter expertise in the area of Supply Chain operations, best practices, and maintains technical and knowledge based competencies by remaining current with emerging trends and innovation. This job promotes the use of technology in the supply chain operations by demonstrating a high degree of proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in Science, Finance, or Engineering required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting problems and creating solutions through analytics and evidence required.
  • Experience working in a highly process driven, IT enabled environment required
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical people to gain consensus on decisions as necessary an asset.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
