Here is more of what the position entails:

• Making outbound calls to existing, interested leads to explain the OTF difference and schedule introductory classes
• Creating a connection with and presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Contributing to outreach and advertising events – getting out in the community and promoting the benefits of OTF
• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Giving studio tours to guests and visiting members.
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
