Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers’ experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Be a team player
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
• Ability to multitask
