Job description: DescriptionOur Brampton client who is a large retailer manufacturer is looking for a Social Media Representative to join their team!This position features:
Pay rate: $27/hour
-Hybrid work-4 days in office 1 day work from home
-State-of-the-art office with great amenitiesEmployment Type: Long term temporary with a strong possibility of being hired on! Schedule:
-Weekend shifts run from 10am to 6pm
-Weekday shifts run from 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm
Candidates need to have open availability to work within these hoursDuties:
-Responsible for identifying brand risk flags and trends that require immediate attention.
-Provide exemplary customer service, support across social media channels.
-Ensure Quality standards are met, provide solutions that best suit the customer and company.
-Provide empathy and personalize interactions with customers on social.
-Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Proactively seek information regarding trends, references in social media in order to be prepared for incoming inquiries from customers.
-Monitor and Engage with audience members across different social medial sites (Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
-Respond to customer complaints and offer solutions so that they can maintain brand’s reputation
-Maintaining a working knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with customers
-Attending social-media related meetings as required to represent the companyRequirements:
-2-3 years minimum experience with Social Media/Marketing
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook
-Ability to utilize various social media platforms
