Job description: Our client is looking to bring on a Site Superintendent with 5-10 years of experience working on ICI projects throughout Ontario. The Superintendent will be required to travel as needed.

• Manage the day to day site operations for the project
• Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
• Coordinate, manage and schedule all sub-trades for the project
• Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
• All other duties as required

• 5-10 years of experience working as a Site Superintendent on light industrial new build projects
• Experience overseeing full cycle ICI projects between $1M to $10M
• Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills
• Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction

Our client is an ICI General Contractor that focuses on renovation, building additions, and new build projects. They have an established team and are looking to bring on a Site Superintendent to work on their upcoming project pipeline.
