Job description: Temporary Part TimeRole descriptionYou will join IWIS/AN Tech as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) working to increase the reliability of its sites and services. An SRE accomplishes this by integrating development and engineering best practices into the infrastructure and operation of services. SRE is often considered alongside the methodology of DevOps. You will be part of a Site Reliability Engineering team maximizing our best-in-class customer experience!We are looking for a student to join our team for the Winter 2025 term.What you will do

  • You will work within our Shared Services team as part of our team delivering the following services:
  • Software Development
  • Site Reliability Engineering
  • Service Level Management
  • DevOps
  • Business System Analyst
  • You will have the opportunity to work with:
  • Other developers
  • Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services

What you will bring

  • Helpful skills you have and/or a desire to learn:
  • React and/or Angular and/or Python and/or SQL
  • .net core 3.1 –

9 with .net Framework 4.6+ (C# in general) * PowerShell Scripting

  • Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics (and other tools)
  • Gitlab/GitHub
  • Jira
  • Service Level Management
  • Project Management
  • Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing ones

The base salary for this position is between $39,200 – $58,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
