Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what PEI has to offer to create a delicious menu that not only incorporates amazing fresh seafood but also farm-fresh local produce, meats, and poultry.As a Server, You Will

• Advise guests regarding food and drink menus – we want you to share your knowledge of our products
• Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
• Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality
• Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
