Collaborate with various business partners to enhance the understanding of data management policies and processes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. You’ll design and develop our policy framework, and research and apply related best practices.What you’ll do:Develop and interpret information and data management policies and standards for value streams, product teams and process ownersImplement governance and operating modelsPrioritize and assign incoming work requestsCoach and mentor team members and data stewards, and manage staff change processesPartner with information stewards to aggregate insights and prepare recommendationsDesign, build and maintain information and data management repositoriesDevelop and recommend key performance indicators related to information assetsProvide change impact analysis for complex systemsWhat we’re looking for:Confident verbal communicator with strong facilitation skillsRelationship-builder with exceptional interpersonal skillsProven team leader passionate about helping others succeedSkilled negotiator with sound business judgment in all situationsAnalytical and conceptual thinker comfortable with multiple projects and prioritiesStrong attention to detailTeam player who can lead in an agile, fast-changing environmentWhat you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in information management, business administration or information technology and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Knowledge of methodologies, industry standards, trends and best practicesAdvanced understanding of related legal and regulatory requirementsProficiency with data management tools
