Job description: Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our general contracting team in Quebec. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.Responsibilities:
- Review project specs and prepare cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track and adjust estimates based on market trends and material costs.
- Support contract negotiations and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of estimation experience in construction.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Quebec building codes and construction standards.
