You are considered a subject matter expert in this role and support the team to successfully achieve individual and team goals through training and mentorship.How you’ll be spending your time
- Providing technical training and support to new and existing team members
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to verify consistent application of procedures
- Proactively seeking, recommending and implementing ways to streamline processes and procedures in order to enhance the efficiencies in the department
- Contributing department knowledge to projects
- Providing informal leadership to the Document Management Representatives in the absence of the Team Leader
- Completing reconciliations relating to distribution services
- Providing imaging services and advice to our internal partners

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- One year of customer service experience
- Informal leadership experience
- Experience providing quality assurance checks is considered an asset
