The main components of this job are providing administrative support to the boards, planning and executing board retreats, and other related administrative functions. Good jobs go fast!Salary Range: $22 to $25 an hourWorking Hours: 4 hours every day (Flexibility on hours, can work anytime between 9am to 5pm)Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management and travel coordination directly supporting two C-Level Executives, and as needed for others
  • Help with the organization and management of several board retreats
  • Create, maintain, and distribute all board documentation and materials, such as reports and other materials pertaining to different boards, board manuals, and terms of reference for board committees.
  • As the official board of directors recorder, record board meetings, create and distribute agendas, confirm attendance, handle answers, produce letters, and highlight action items for further investigation.
  • Help with scheduling the CEO’s schedule, which includes scheduling Zoom or conference rooms, sending out doodle polls, and sending out calendar invites.
  • Arrange for the CEO’s signature on a number of documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting C-Level
  • Proactive thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Personable, strong EQ and very comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
