Job description: We are looking for a responsible person to help us with house cleaning and organizing. It would be great if you have some experience and references. See below for specific tasks. I prefer early morning starts but I’m very flexible and can work around your schedule for the most part. The flexibility could also be in days per week and hours per week etc. I’d like 10-12 hrs per week. $18-$20/hr cash. This could be a short term or long term position. -Cleaning Kitchen – cleaning dishes/pots & pans (and putting away); wipe countertops and all surfaces including stove & appliances; sweep/vacuum
– Tidying Up all rooms – putting things away, making beds
– Basic Meal Prep – cutting up veggies; making rice, marinate meat, roasting veggies etc.
– Occasional grocery shopping or putting away groceriesWeekly:
– Bathroom Cleaning,
– 2 loads of laundry
– Dusting all furniture in common area and bedrooms
