Join us and be part of a dynamic company where your sales expertise will accelerate growth and keep Canada moving, every day.NAPA/CMAX stores offer paint products, equipment and supplies for body repair, complete system for spray paint mixing and have color matching expertise.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technical sales specialist for our CMAX paint division.The CMAX technical specialist plays a key role in the customer experience. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to store employees and customers. You will also ensure effective use of CMAX paint and body products and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance.Your main responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact to customer and store requests regarding colour correction and technical follow-up in its assigned territory.
- Develop technical training tools on industrial products to increase knowledge and skills to support sales growth.
- You will be responsible for mixing, matching, etc. of various paint product to assist customer needs.
- Develop the territory and promote new equipment/products for current and potential customers.
QualificationsTo join our team you must have:
- Good understand of automotive painting techniques including colour matching and blending
- Knowledge of body shop industry (asset)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
