Join the team responsible for technology and information risk management. You’ll bring technical expertise to help develop foundational risk management practices. Using your in-depth knowledge of risk management practices and strong communication skills, you’ll identify, assess and monitor technology and information risk, assist in policy development, and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.What you’ll do:Work with stakeholders to understand and assess risks related to business processes and projects, customer offerings and key business decisionsCoach and mentor others to effectively manage riskBe prepared to provide recommendations and consultation on risk governance gapsMaintain risk management frameworks and policiesResearch, develop and implement key risk indicators to monitor FCC’s overall risk trendsWhat we’re looking for:Dedicated team player who shines in an agile, multi-department and collaborative environmentProblem-solver able to deliver on critical timelines and manage multiple prioritiesRelationship-builder and influencer with proven intellectual curiosityWhat you’ll need:Undergraduate degree in agriculture, economics or business administration; a finance, accounting or risk management designation; at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
