Key Responsibilities
- Actively work alongside your team on the floor, setting the standard for service excellence.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, café, and two banquet rooms, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels for all areas.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of front-line and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and promotions.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial performance while implementing cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the local community.
- Organize and oversee events in the banquet rooms, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage management.
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to actively engage in daily operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
- Experience managing banquet or event spaces is an asset.
