In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing various exterior prefabricated products, including siding, shutters, eavestroughs, facia, awnings, fencing, decks, septic and irrigation systems, signs, and play structures. You will ensure all installations are completed to a high standard, following safety procedures and project specifications.Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation proceduresMeasure and mark guidelines to be used for installationsClean up job sites and follow safety proceduresInstall in all weather conditions as well as set up required heating to complete workSupervise labourer on staff if required and transfer skills when necessary.Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding, shutters, eavestroughs, facia, awnings, fencing, decks, septic and irrigation systems, signs and play structures using hand and power tools.Walk through inspections with required people to ensure project completion.Complete warranty work as requiredOther duties that are requiredRequirementsPunctualAble work standing for long periods of timeNot afraid of heightsAttention to detailAble and willing to work in extreme temperatures all year roundValid drivers license is requiredAble to lift 50 lbs repeatedlyCarpenter experience is an asset (1 year plus is ideal)Willing to work evenings and weekends as requiredBenefitsExtended medical and dental with insurance after 3 month – cost sharingPlease apply directly to this website >>>
