You will facilitate the development, maintenance and expression of an appropriate leisure lifestyle to individuals with physical, mental, social and/or emotional impairment or limitations. You will also provide clinical direction to the Therapy Assistants, and provide support to staff and volunteers

• Baccalaureate Degree in therapeutic recreation/recreation therapy
• Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Certificate by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (CTRA)
• Experience in clinical recreation assessment and treatment of residents, program development and implementation (in a long-term care setting, is preferred)
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers is an asset
