Working together, we ensure that we are providing the best possible care to those we serve in the safest, healthiest environments we can create for everyone.Who we are looking forReporting to the Director, Quality and Safety, this position is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, leading, and implementing departmental initiatives, and the development of territorial initiatives that promote integration and high-quality health and social services system and client outcomes. The position will support evidence informed decision making and continuous quality and safety improvement. This includes specific project management duties, project fiscal tracking and management, workflow and business analysis and coordinating work teams of internal staff and external consultants. The Quality Improvement Analyst will work closely with the Director, Quality and Safety, diverse stakeholders, and project teams to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, formulate project scope, identify requirements to support goals and advise on best practices. - Experience in quality improvement including research, planning, analysis and reporting health indicators and/or performance measures.
- Project management experience in a health or social services program delivery context
- Experience presenting to and facilitating groups of stakeholders and leading committees/meetings while building strong partnerships with stakeholders would be an asset
- Education in health sciences, business, public administration, nursing, or allied health

- Ability to project manage and produce effective results under tight and changing deadlines
- Analytical and critical thinking skills including;

- ability to critically review literature and evidence and formulate appropriate recommendations
- Ability to identify program deficiencies and respond appropriately
- Experience with health accreditation processes
