Job description: Our client, a leader in the Luxury/Upper-Premium Fashion & Retail industry, is seeking a Project/Program Coordinator (Retail Store Launching) to join their team. As a Project/Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Retail Operations supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Project/Program Coordinator (Retail Store Launching)Location: Winnipeg, MBPay Range: $50,000 to $55,000What’s the Job?

• Coordinate and support the execution of retail projects, including new store openings and renovations.
• Track milestones, timelines, and KPIs using project management tools.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting risks and updates.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and action planning sessions.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Demonstrated experience managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
