We are an employee-centric workplace with a focus on the whole personResponsibilities:· Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering consistent and professional customer service.· Assessing guest needs and direct them to the appropriate individual· Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.· Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested· Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.· Provide assistance to guests upon return, directing them to the appropriate party for check out and, as required, locating vehicle and bringing it to the Service Drive-Thru· Assist with general duties requested by managementQualifications:· Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.· Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.· A valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.· Attention to detailPay rate: $18.25/hourDon’t have this exact experience but feel like you have what it takes?Tell us your story.
