  • Minimum – Secondary School Diploma.
  • Completion of a related coursed such as Medical Terminology is preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be proficient in the English language in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team and adapt with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Must have the ability to be resourceful with good problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and proficiency in use of computer software (e.g Windows scheduling software).
  • Must have excellent time management skills and prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is required in entering confidential data and information.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Frequent typing, sitting, and standing throughout shift.
  • Varied hours
