Job description: Night Installer – $21/hour – Temporary Project (17 weeks)M30 Retail Services is hiring NIGHT Fixture Installer in PEI – Charlottetown to join a night crew, working on section renovations in a big box retailer. We are looking for 9 mature individual(s). Must be 18 years to apply.Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation of new fixtures/features in retail location
- Installation of retail displays
- Merchandising of product
- General labour as required
Qualifications
- Retail experience considered an asset
- Comfortable reading building prints or planograms
- Experience with pallet jack an asset
- Fixture installation experience required
- Own tools to use during project (hammer, screwdrivers, knife, level, tape measure, cordless drill etc.)
- Handy person with common sense and excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Physically fit and strong. Capable of standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting and lifting continuously for the duration of the shift
- Able to work nights, and get to job site reliably
- PPE required: CSA Approved Hard Hat / Casque de securite approuve par la CSA, CSA Approved Safety Footwear / Chaussures de securite approuvees par la CSA, CSA approved protective eyewear, Safety Vest / Gilet de securite, Work Gloves / Gants de travail (Responsibility of the employee)
- Safety Certification required: WHMIS – within the last 12 months / SIMDUT – au cours des 12 derniers mois
Rate: $21/hour + vacation payLocation: PEI – CharlottetownProject Dates: 01/26/2025 – 05/22/2025Availability: Sunday – Thursday night, ending Friday morning; 1030pm – 7amHours/week: Hourly – Up to 40 hours/week hours a weekM30 provides a safe, fun work environment.
