Casual with Temporary Part-Time (St Marys) x2POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) is responsible for the safe, effective and efficient performance of a variety of procedures. The MRT will use independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the application of ionizing radiation.REPORTS TO: Manager, Medical ImagingDATE REQUIRED: As soon as possibleSALARY: $36.84 to $50.24 per hourQUALIFICATIONS:
– Registered with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario
– CT Imaging Certification or Equivalent an assetEXPERIENCE:
– Previous experience as a Medical Radiation Technologist required.
– Clinical experience in the area of CT an asset.ABILITIES:
– Able to maintain an effective working relationship with patients, physicians, hospital staff and the public.
