This role involves a mix of digital marketing, event promotion, and social media management. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can help us boost our brand’s presence and engage with our audience effectively.Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Manage Capura Hall’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
• Coordinate promotional activities to boost venue bookings and event awareness.
• Help maintain and update content on the company’s website and other digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors, photographers, and other partners for promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

QualificationsSkills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media and content creation.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
