Job description: We’re looking for an administrator with an interest in marketing in the private wealth industry.Our client, a highly reputable wealth management firm, is looking for an administrator to join their team. With a presence across Canada, they are looking for an individual to join their small team in rural Manitoba. The Marketing Administrator role will be responsible for increasing social media presence, communicating with clients and providing administrative support to the team.Administrator responsibilities:

  • Client meeting pre prep
  • Meeting attendance
  • Meeting closing and follow-up
  • Client Onboarding
  • Procedure execution and evolution
  • Client communication (in person, email, phone)
  • Electronic document prep and file compliance
  • Client Feedback surveys
  • Video Marketing (updates, instructions, promotion)
  • Social Media creation and management (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Community Events (i.e., tent at local events / golf tournaments)

The successful candidate has:

  • 2 to 5 years experience
  • Post secondary degree or diploma
  • Technologically savvy and familiar with AI platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Will consider relocation

Compensation and benefits:

  • The discussed salary range is $45,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
