  • Degree in Public Administration, Environmental Sciences, Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Developing, delivering and evaluating programs, strategies, policies and services for natural resource development and management;
  • Administration of resource legislation and experience dealing with regulatory matters;
  • Building partnerships within and outside of the organization, including the development of successful protocols and partnerships with First Nations, communities, non-government organizations and other government departments;
  • Significant experience coaching/mentoring and team building of multidisciplinary teams;
  • Significant experience managing human and financial resources.
