Lead a multi-disciplinary, agile team responsible for successfully delivering prioritized work. You’ll help team leaders clarify next steps and maintain the long-term vision of products.What you’ll do:Facilitate the agile delivery processCollaborate with product owners on priorities and schedulingManage key control processes to reduce riskEnsure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is completeBuild and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultantsMentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectivesWhat we’re looking for:Proven leader able to engage and empower employees with clear line of sight to business goalsAnalytical thinker able to keep pace with a rapidly changing industryOrganized multi-tasker familiar with release processes that maintain product effectiveness and stabilityRelationship-builder and collaborator committed to helping others reach their goalsExperienced business professional with sound judgmentWhat you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)In-depth understanding of risk controls; knowledge of agriculture and lending is an assetRecord of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
