Technical Expertise: Strong background in electrical/electronic or mechanical/hydraulic systems.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to supervise and guide a team of technicians.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.
Computer Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems and software for maintenance management and reporting.
Safety Commitment: Demonstrated dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.Qualifications

Both mechanical & electrical understanding
PLC Programming: Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Robotic Systems: Knowledge of robotic integration and programming.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.
Industry Experience: Background in plastic processing within a blow molding facility.Summary
