Job Type: ASAP (Contract)We are seeking a motivated Mailroom and Shipping Specialist to manage mail, shipping, and receiving tasks while ensuring smooth operations in a professional environment.What You Will Do:– Prepare, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and supplies
– Perform basic printing tasks using color production printers
– Track shipments, maintain logs, and operate mailroom equipment
– Perform labeling, scanning, and electronic mail distribution
– Handle shipping and receiving using automated systems
– Monitor and replenish inventory supplies
– Deliver and pick up mail during scheduled runsThe Experience You Have:– High school diploma or equivalent
– 6 months to 1 year of work experience (client-facing experience preferred)
– Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet 80% of the time
– Valid driver’s license required
