Job description: Securiguard is currently looking for Local Pipeline Security Guards, that are experienced and motivated, to join our team in Edmonton.Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Alberta Security Workers License
• Must have an Advanced Class 5 Alberta Operator’s License (Non-GDL) and clean driver’s abstract
• Must have personal transportation due to the site locations not being accessible by public transit
• Must be comfortable working 12 hour shifts (day or night).
• Must be able to pass a urine analysis.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certified in First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, & Pipeline Construction Safety Training is preferred.
• Previous experience in Security

Duties for this job include:

• Site Access Control
• Monitoring of Equipment on site
• Roving Vehicle Patrols
• Recording and reporting accurate details of events
• Greet and logging in/out visitors
• Be capable of professionally representing Securiguard and our clients
• Keen Customer Service and interpersonal skills
