Job description: Permanent Full TimeWe’re hiring for a Leasing Analyst Corporate Properties in Winnipeg, MB. Corporate Properties provides office support services for all head office and regional office locations within the Canada Life portfolio.Reporting to the Director of Leasing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the shared administration of a large national lease portfolio for Canada Life and will serve as a liaison with our regional leased offices and landlords to maintain successful relationships.What you will do:

  • Work closely with the team to monitor and respond to shared email inquiries
  • Analyze and approving payment of rent and related invoices received from utility companies, janitorial companies, and municipal authorities in accordance with lease obligations
  • Reconcile annual statements to ensure tenant’s share of property tax and building operating costs match lease obligations
  • Maintain the integrity of lease administration system and SAP in relation to the monthly rental payments
  • Prepare annual rental budgets and provide monthly rent variance reporting upon request
  • Review and interpret terms and conditions from a lease contract
  • Provide administrative support to leasing team

  • Experience with SAP would be an asset

The base salary for this position is between $49,100 – $81,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
