Experienced lead hand with crew management skills seeking a new challenge? Join Clintar as a Landscape Foreman. Our ideal Landscape Foreman is a dependable leader, open to feedback, and committed to team growth and success.Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire landscaping crew
• Work alongside Crew leaders in training in the field for our maintenance crews
• Tasks such as operation of a Zero turn, Line trimmer and all other types of landscape tools
• Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
• Foster team spirit
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
• Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
• Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are assets
• Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
• Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
