Job description: About the Opportunity

• Responsible for preparing and recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing financial statements, manage schedules for key items, and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, assist with accruals, adjustments, and provide documentation for internal/external audits
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems, and provide support to accounts payable/receivable functions as needed

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data
• Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams

Pay Range
