Whether it’s high-rise concrete or low/mid-rise wood frame construction, you know how to deliver interiors that impress — on schedule and on spec.You:Have 8+ years of supervisory experience on multi-family residential projectsUnderstand Calgary’s construction market and how to navigate it effectivelyAre respected for your leadership, known for your reliability, and trusted to get it done rightThrive in an environment where quality, safety, and accountability are non-negotiableAre organized, proactive, and a strong communicator across all site functionsWhat you’ll doDay-to-DayCoordinate and lead all interior finishing sub-tradesMaintain daily schedules and ensure target dates are met floor-by-floorConduct quality checks, review submittals, and uphold construction standardsWork closely with site safety personnel and enforce Health & Safety complianceKeep detailed site reports and maintain as-built documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep work progressing smoothlyGuide and mentor field staff, junior supers, and trades where neededWeeklyAttend and contribute to look-ahead planning and coordination meetingsReview site safety audits and assign follow-up actionsParticipate in site team updates and provide input on priorities and problem-solvingMonthlyPerform formal site safety inspectionsSubmit required monthly reports and documentationThis is a contract opportunity with real impact — you’ll be stepping into a trusted leadership role on a project that matters.
