Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Program Manager, the Inter-professional Clinical Leader provides leadership, innovation and support to their clinical program area, with the goal of providing interprofessional collaborative person centred care to patients and families. The inter-professional clinical leader works closely with the team/program managers, professional practice coordinators, physicians, nurse leaders and other team members, to promote person centred, inter-professional collaborative care by employees within the Rehabilitation & Supportive Care Portfolio.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline (i.e. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy)
- Three (3) years of clinical experience with related leadership skills
- Basic Cardiac life support (BCLS) certificate
- Strong understanding of person-centered health
- Strong problem solving and clinical reasoning skills
- Demonstrates sound judgement, common sense, flexibility and compassion
- Coaching ability and diplomacy when dealing with co-workers and persons in the community
- Establishes good working relationships with patients, colleagues, management, community agencies academic settings, students and volunteers
- Experience with quality & project initiatives related to improving service delivery & patient care
- Rehab setting clinical experience and current experience within the Neuro/SCI program preferred
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
