After you join the team, we will continue the process of moving you into new roles based on your talents, growth, and interests.The Role:An Informatics Advisor works with the Informatics team to support the PBS Install Services Team. As an Informatics’ Advisor you will provide top quality knowledge and expertise to our clients who contact our call center for issues or services. The Informatics Advisor provides immediate solutions and services or escalates, if necessary, to other departments.Job Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot issues receive by phone and email
- Write up tickets and investigate issues involving third party data feeds
- Review issues or concerns from vendors who collect data from dealerships
- Be able to fulfill data requests and communicate those setups to both internal and external customers
- Assist onsite teams and dealerships with setting up of payment processing machines
- Configuration of online payment systems
- Configure texting numbers, record automated message for dealer appointments, and web setups
- Follow processes for integration of manufacturer communications and ensure link is established
- Work with internal staff to help investigate or find answers for those who are onsite
- Investigate issues called or emailed in from onsite staff, create a ticket and escalate when needed
- Maintain documentation and update as processes change within installs and data transfers
- Be able to talk about and navigate our DMS Software to be able to better assist customers
- Ongoing training of the software and different departments within the company
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of printer and network setups, servers, switches, Microsoft platform, peripheral setups, etc.
- Experience in the automotive industry/dealership environment an asset
- High School diploma
- Solid computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management, organization, and self-management skills
- Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
- Strong documentation abilities
- Available for occasional work on Saturday and/or Sunday to support software installations
- Available for occasional work on USA/Canadian holidays, based on installation needs
