• Millwright: $42.81/hour (Ticketed)
• Electrician: $42.81/hour (Ticketed)
• Night Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour

What You’ll Do:As a Millwright or Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Millwright: Focus on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Electrician: Specialize in motors, motor control logic, and industrial electrical systems (120-600V).
• Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Ensure optimal functionality of production and facility equipment.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects to enhance equipment safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Fabrication/Welding (Millwrights) and PLC Troubleshooting (Electricians).
• Compliance: Follow health, safety, and food safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:Millwright Requirements:

• Certified Millwright (Red Seal/Journeyman ticket preferred not necessary)
• 3+ years in high-speed manufacturing (Food manufacturing an asset).
• Strong skills in lathes, milling machines, and welding (ARC, TIG, MIG).

Electrician Requirements:

• Certified Electrician (Red Seal/Journeyman ticket Required).
• 3+ years in high-speed manufacturing (Food manufacturing an asset).
• Proficient with multi-meters, insulation testers, and thermal imaging tools.

General Requirements:

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
