A passion for working with Indigenous children and youthMinimum 2 years’ experience in working with Indigenous peoples and communitiesKnowledge and understanding of Indigenous history and worldviewCultural knowledge and experience working with Elders and Cultural AdvisorsExperience in curriculum development and lesson planningReliability and an understanding of the importance of time managementWilling to work independently and within a team environmentExceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-taskCurrent Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificated within the last 12 months from an approved AB OHS provider.
