Job description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning Duties: Thorough vacuuming and washing of floors Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers Dusting all surfaces, including under furniture and beds Washing walls and addressing dust buildup as needed Completing occasional laundry and other household tasks Childcare Support: Assisting on days when children are sick, there is no school, or regular care is unavailable Playing and helping care for children while I work Supporting with diaper changes, basic meal prep, and supervision Learning and assisting with Type 1 Diabetes care (training and guidance provided) Additional Tasks: Meal preparation for the evening on some days Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and assist with Type 1 Diabetes care (training provided) Ability to work independently and meet cleaning standards Dependable and efficient, with a proactive attitude Comfortable working in a home with children Flexibility for occasional short-notice childcare support Wage and Schedule: Starting Wage: $18 per hour (negotiable based on hours and experience) Regular Cleaning: Weekly or bi-monthly (to be agreed upon) Childcare: As needed (e.g., sick days, no school days) If you are meticulous in your cleaning, trustworthy, and experienced with childcare, I would love to hear from you!
