As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.What’s in it for you?

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?
- Mobile Parking Patrols as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor
- Traffic Control
- Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
- Providing Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas.
- Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills.
- Employee work alone process.
- G-Track Patrolling will be done as per site orders.
- Between the patrols parking at a spot mentioned in the site orders.
- Performing Vehicle inspection at the start and end of Shift.
- Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
- Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders.
- Be a good deportment.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- 1-2 years experience as Security guard in Customer facing roles .
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Parking Facility for personal car is not available
