Job description:

• Capacity to recognize the facility needs and respond accordingly
• Superior cleaning skills
• Superior planning skills
• Leadership in assigning and completing caretaker duties
• Repair and maintenance skills of caretaking equipment
• Commitment to workplace safety through:

• Modeling best practices related to safety
• Consistent monitoring of work site to identify and remedy potential hazards
• Requiring and monitoring ‘work safe’ practices of supervised staff
• Successful caretaking experience
• Commitment to professional growth and development
• Successful demonstration of regular maintenance to a facility mechanical system and skills in architectural and plumbing repairs
• Ability to problem solve
• Warehouse experience an asset.
• Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education

Terms of Employment:

• As per Collective Agreement
• 8.0 hours/day
• To begin a.s.a.p. (and continue to June 302025, or the return of the incumbent, if earlier)
• Salary range: $23.45 – $27.47 per hour
