They lead the planning and implementation of YGS research program activities, develop policies and strategies related to the collection, analysis and reporting of geoscience information, and create metrics to track program outcomes.   • Education: PhD in Earth Science or related field;
  • Experience participating in AND leading multidisciplinary research teams to successful project completion, including development of project plan, securing funding and implementation;
  • Experience with technical writing as demonstrated by a list of publications in resume;
  • Experience managing personnel (i.e. developing people, leading teams with diverse skills, mentoring, and performance management) and financial resources.
