Job description: As a General Property Maintenance professional, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various properties in the Waterloo/Kitchener/Cambridge area.Job Title: General Property MaintenanceLocation: Kitchener, ONPay Range: $23-25 an hourWhat’s the Job?

• Perform a variety of maintenance and light construction tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Apply knowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems to maintain property integrity.
• Respond to inquiries and take appropriate action to address issues in a timely manner.
• Clean and repair items in both vacant and occupied units, including minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors for larger repair projects and maintenance needs.

What’s Needed?

• Able to clear a criminal background check
• Experience in small building repairs such as carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
