Your responsibilities include managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.Salary:$15.50 – $23.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office events.
• Provide basic information about the company’s services to visitors and callers.
• Monitor visitor logbooks and maintain records for office security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
