Job description: Job Description:Actalent is hiring for multiple FPGA Engineers, for a variety of clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and experience with FPGA development. As an FPGA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing FPGA-based solutions for various applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop FPGA-based systems, including SoC FPGA devices.
• Implement and optimize digital circuits using HDL (VHDL/Verilog).
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements for complex systems.
• Perform simulation, verification, and validation of FPGA designs.
• Troubleshoot and debug FPGA designs.
• Document design processes and test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in FPGA design and development.
• Proficiency in HDL languages (VHDL, Verilog).
• Strong understanding of digital design principles.
• Experience with Intel/Xilinx FPGA development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-speed digital design and signal processing.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfacing.
• Familiarity with hardware-software co-design.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with MATLAB for signal processing.
• Understanding of the full engineering lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe development methodology.
• Strong communication skills.
